The Golden Chip Awards™ are given out twice per year, on June 15 and December 15. Nominations received will be considered for inclusion in the next voting period. Sites are chosen for inclusion in the awards voting based on the following criteria:
- Relevance of Site Content to Award Category
- Quality of Site Content Related to Award Category
- Site Traffic
- Number of Nominations from Unique IP addresses
- Professional Site Design
